NextPath Workforce Solutions is currently seeking a Technical Project Manager to join our client’s team in Reading, PA. This is a hybrid (Onsite/Remote) Contract-to-Hire position.
SALARY: $55-$65 per hour (depending on experience)

REQUIREMENTS:
- 7+ years managing large IT projects across applications, infrastructure, and networking
- Proven experience leading 2–3 concurrent projects through full lifecycle
- Strong stakeholder management with distributed teams in the US and India
- Proficiency with Jira, Smartsheet, and Microsoft 365 tools
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or equivalent; PMP preferred but not required
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Lead 2–3 IT projects end-to-end, including planning, execution, and risk management
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies and waterfall planning as needed
- Monitor scope, dependencies, risks, and critical paths to ensure timely delivery
- Coordinate with engineering, product, and business stakeholders
- Support budgeting, vendor sourcing, and contract review activities
