NextPath Workforce Solutions is currently seeking a Customer Service Representative (Remote) to join our client’s team in Towson, Maryland. This is a hybrid, Contract position.
SALARY: $25-$27 per hour (depending on experience)

REQUIREMENTS:
- 2+ years experience in customer service or call center roles
- Proficient in MS Office Suite, including PDF handling
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong multi-tasking abilities
- Ability to provide exceptional customer service regarding retirement plans
- Ability to facilitate problem resolution and document processing
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must pass fingerprint background check; candidates should be prepared to provide necessary paperwork for any past issues
- Must submit: month and year of highest education level, birth month and last 4 of SSN, and previous employment dates with RJF if applicable
- Must have reliable internet access and transportation
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Answer inbound calls (no sales involved)
- Provide information and support related to 401(k), 403(b), and other qualified plans
- Educate participants about their retirement accounts and features
- Enter data accurately and complete administrative tasks
- Resolve issues and process documents efficiently
