NextPath Workforce Solutions is currently seeking a Business Process Analyst to join our client’s team in St. Petersburg, FL. This is a Contract position with part-time remote work options.
SALARY: $35-$40 per hour (depending on experience)

REQUIREMENTS:
• Strong experience in business process mapping and analysis
• Ability to facilitate workshops and collect business requirements effectively
• Proven proficiency in documenting “as is” and “to be” processes
• Capability to manage small projects within a transformational change program
• Experience with developing enterprise architecture artifacts
• Knowledge of structured change management methodologies
• Excellent independent working skills and guidance provision
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Lead process mapping and workflow analysis activities
• Collect and document detailed business requirements using interviews, workshops, and document analysis
• Develop “as is” and “to be” process documentation to support organizational change
• Provide expert advice on policy and procedural interpretation and application
• Manage workstreams or small projects to ensure integration and achievement of outcomes
• Utilize structured methodologies to plan and deliver project components
• Identify, track, and enable realization of program benefits
• Assess and mitigate project-related risks
• Create process maps, flowcharts, and organizational diagrams with specialized tools
• Support change management initiatives to embed desired behaviors and culture
