NextPath Workforce Solutions is currently seeking a Help Desk Support Specialist to join our client’s team in Saint Petersburg, FL. This is a Onsite Contract position.
SALARY: $25-$29/hour (depending on experience)

REQUIREMENTS:
- Identity & Access Management (Active Directory, Multi-Factor Authentication)
- Endpoint & Productivity Tools (Microsoft 365, Windows OS troubleshooting, Adobe support)
- Device & Mobility Support (MDM technologies, mobile device troubleshooting)
- Virtual/Desktop Environments (Citrix or similar)
- Networking & Connectivity (VPN, Wi-Fi, TCP/IP, peripheral troubleshooting)
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Serve as the first point of contact for technical support in a high-volume call environment
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and connectivity issues
- Communicate technical solutions clearly to non-technical users
- Document issues, resolutions, and interactions accurately
- Use internal knowledge bases to provide faster, consistent support
- Manage time effectively to meet performance metrics, including schedule adherence and quality standards
