NextPath Workforce Solutions is currently seeking a Dev Engineering Manager to join our client’s team in Dunwoody, GA. This is a onsite, direct hire position.
SALARY: $160,000 – $180,000 (depending on experience)

REQUIREMENTS:
- Proven experience leading engineering teams in a SaaS environment
- Strong background in Agile software development
- Experience across the full software development lifecycle (SDLC)
- Hands-on software development experience, preferably as a former coder turned leader
- Comfortable leading in a mixed-technology environment and supporting modern engineering practices, including AI-assisted development
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Lead software engineering teams and drive major development initiatives
- Oversee Agile delivery, team accountability, and engineering best practices
- Manage all aspects of the full SDLC, from planning to delivery and continuous improvement
- Support the adoption of AI-enabled workflows and tools such as Claude Code
- Collaborate with stakeholders to align technical execution with company goals
- Provide leadership across architecture, delivery, and team development
- Foster a collaborative, high-performing engineering culture
