NextPath Workforce Solutions is currently seeking a Workday Technical Lead to join our client’s team. This is a Remote (Direct Hire) position.
SALARY: $120,000 – $150,000 (depending on experience)

REQUIREMENTS:
• Workday certifications in Integrations and Reporting (preferably Workday Pro)
• Proven experience with Workday Studio, EIB, and Core Connectors
• Strong knowledge of Workday HCM, Security, and data models
• Experience with XML, XSLT, REST, and SOAP web services
• 8+ years of hands-on Workday administration and integration development
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Lead Workday technical initiatives across HCM and Finance modules
• Design, develop, and maintain complex integrations using Workday Studio, EIB, and Core Connectors
• Manage Workday security, roles, and access controls
• Collaborate with stakeholders on system enhancements and research
• Support and mentor a small team of developers in Workday Studio development and integration tasks
