NextPath Career Partners is currently seeking a Senior Desktop Support Engineer to join our client’s team in Waltham, MA. This is an Onsite, Contract to Hire position.
SALARY: $65,000-$85,000 (depending on experience)

REQUIREMENTS:
• Proven experience as a Desktop Support Engineer, Technical Support Engineer, or similar role providing Level 2 and Level 3 support
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Windows 11, macOS, iOS, and Android environments
• Knowledge of office automation products and peripherals such as printers and scanners
• Experience with network security, anti-virus/anti-malware programs, and security practices
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office M365 administration, Azure Active Directory, and Microsoft Security
• Excellent communication skills supporting senior executives
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Address user tickets related to hardware, software, and networking issues
• Guide users through installing applications and peripherals with clear instructions
• Conduct remote troubleshooting or provide in-person support on-site
• Monitor and manage ITSM/SD Service Requests and Ticket Queue
• Support and maintain desktop application portfolio
• Proactively address complex technical issues and escalate as needed
• Support security compliance and infrastructure stability
• Assist with process automation and strategic IT improvements
