NextPath Workforce Solutions is currently seeking an Executive Assistant to join our client’s team in Tampa, FL. This is an onsite (Direct Hire) position.
SALARY: $100,000 – $120,000 + bonus (depending on experience)

REQUIREMENTS:
- Proven experience supporting C-level executives, preferably a CEO
- Highly proactive, owns calendar, prep, and priorities without direction
- Strong experience coordinating across global time zones
- Ability to build decks and materials for executive meetings
- Polished internal and external communicator
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Own and optimize the CEO’s calendar and scheduling
- Prepare materials, decks, and meeting briefs
- Coordinate across global teams and time zones
- Anticipate and support the CEO’s needs proactively
- Manage travel logistics for domestic and international trips
