NextPath Workforce Solutions is currently seeking a Sales Executive to join our client’s team in Tampa, FL. This is an Onsite (Direct Hire) position.
SALARY: $70,000–$100,000 + OTE (depending on experience)

REQUIREMENTS:
• 5+ years outside sales experience
• Proven success in prospecting, business development, and closing deals
• Skilled in cold calling, networking, and leveraging contacts to generate leads
• Excellent communication skills, comfortable engaging with executives and decision-makers
• Experience in commercial real estate, relocation, or owner’s representation is a plus
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Prospect and close new clients through cold calling and networking
• Attend industry events and networking functions to generate leads
• Conduct discovery meetings with prospective clients
• Research and build relationships with potential clients and decision-makers
• Manage prospecting data within CRM (SharpSpring)
• Qualify leads and ensure engagement with decision-makers
• Prepare and present project proposals and pricing
• Follow up on proposals, handle objections, and work toward closing deals
