NextPath Workforce Solutions is currently seeking a Client Services Representative – Fulfillment & Production to join our client’s team in Pittsburgh, PA. This is a Onsite – Contract position.
SALARY: $30-$32 per hour (depending on experience).

REQUIREMENTS:
• Minimum 4 years of financial industry experience, including 2 years in bank operations and/or client service
• Bachelor’s Degree required
• Strong organizational and prioritization skills
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Ensure complete and accurate client data in loan applications, systems, and documentation
• Support client requests by working closely with the Private Bank Fulfillment and Production Team
• Collaborate effectively with relationship managers, portfolio managers, internal/external counsel, and other authorized parties
• Maintain high attention to detail to deliver a premier client experience
• Participate in projects to improve processes and workflows
