NextPath Workforce Solutions is currently seeking a Enterprise Application Manager/Support/Architect to join our client’s team in Worcester, MA. This is an on-site, direct hire position.
SALARY: $145,000 – $170,000 (depending on experience)

REQUIREMENTS:
- Salesforce administration experience (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Field Service)
- Experience with ERP systems, preferably NetSuite
- Support for enterprise applications such as HCM/HRIS systems
- Strong understanding of end-to-end business processes (lead to cash, procure to pay, record to report, hire to exit)
- Ability to manage system configurations, user access, and data governance
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Administer and maintain enterprise applications, including user setup, security, and automation
- Support and optimize workflows for lead to quote, order to cash, design to build, procure to pay, record to report, and hire to exit processes
- Collaborate with teams to develop dashboards and reports supporting KPIs and operational visibility
- Ensure data quality through audits, validation, and governance practices
- Evaluate and maintain system integrations, working with internal IT and external vendors
- Provide end-user support, develop training materials, and conduct user training sessions
- Support continuous platform improvements by evaluating new features and platform updates
