NextPath Workforce Solutions is currently seeking a Software Manual Tester to join our client’s team in Tampa, FL. This is an onsite (Contract) position.
SALARY: $30-$38/hour (depending on experience),

REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3-5 years of manual software testing experience
- Strong understanding of SDLC and QA methodologies
- Experience with test case management and bug tracking tools
- Azure DevOps experience
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Analyze requirements and design test cases to validate software functionality
- Execute manual test cases and document results
- Identify, record, and track bugs using issue tracking tools (e.g., Azure DevOps)
- Collaborate with developers and QA team members to troubleshoot and resolve issues
- Perform regression, smoke, and exploratory testing
- Validate fixes and perform re-testing
