NextPath Workforce Solutions is currently seeking a Mortgage Loan Originator to join our client’s team in Grand Rapids, MI. This is a hybrid (onsite/remote) direct hire position.
SALARY: $35,000K plus OTE (depending on experience) plus commission, ramp/draw offered, with uncapped upside tied to production.

REQUIREMENTS:
- Proven mortgage loan originator experience
- Strong production history, ideally $20M+ annually
- Established referral network (realtors, builders, etc.)
- Ability to self-source business with hunter mentality
- Knowledge of conventional and government loan products (FHA, VA, USDA)
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Generate new mortgage business through external sourcing (75%)
- Build and maintain referral relationships with realtors, builders, and local organizations
- Attend networking events, trade shows, and presentations
- Manage the loan pipeline from application to closing
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth loan processing and timely closings
