NextPath Workforce Solutions is currently seeking a VSP of Sales & GTM to join our client’s team in New York, NY. This is an Onsite (Direct Hire) position.

SALARY: $220,000–$240,000 +bonus (depending on experience)

REQUIREMENTS:

  • 8+ years in B2B sales leadership, with at least 3 years at the VP or SVP level
  • Experience scaling SaaS or AI-native platforms
  • Proven success selling into SMBs or local professional services (e.g., law firms, dental, HVAC, home services)
  • Deep expertise in consultative selling, diagnosing business problems, and building trust through high-EQ conversations
  • Hands-on experience building and scaling outbound sales teams (BDRs and AEs)
  • Proficiency in writing call scripts, designing outbound sequences, and coaching sales reps
  • Familiarity with AI-assisted sales tools and workflows
  • Strong analytical skills for forecasting, channel analysis, and resource allocation
  • Willingness to work onsite in NYC

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Build and execute a scalable sales process for inbound and outbound channels
  • Manage, mentor, and develop a team of AEs and BDRs
  • Develop sales demo scripts, pitch decks, objection-handling frameworks, and competitive positioning
  • Design and optimize outbound sequences using AI personalization
  • Lead call scripting, multi-channel cadences, and qualification criteria
  • Support high-value or complex deals through direct involvement in sales calls
  • Build and maintain BDR and AE reporting metrics and forecasts
  • Analyze sales channels and marketing sources for efficiency and ROI
  • Develop deal nurturing workflows and re-engagement strategies
  • Collaborate with leadership on pricing, packaging, and expansion into new verticals
  • Partner with the CEO on strategic initiatives and investor relationships
