NextPath Workforce Solutions is currently seeking a QA Engineer to join our client’s team in Orlando, FL. This is a hybrid (contract) position.
SALARY: $50-$70 per hour (depending on experience)

REQUIREMENTS:
• End-to-end QA experience across SaaS platforms (web + mobile)
• Ability to write and build test cases, scenarios, and QA processes from scratch
• Experience with regression testing and pre-release/go-live validation
• Strong bug tracking, documentation, and communication skills
• Experience in fast-paced, startup or high-growth environments
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Build and own QA processes from the ground up
• Test the full platform (web, mobile, AI assistant)
• Write and execute test cases, scenarios, and regression suites
• Validate AI responses, workflows, and real-world use cases
• Partner with engineering to identify, prioritize, and resolve issues before go-live
