NextPath Workforce Solutions is currently seeking a Onboarding Specialist to join our client’s team in Dallas. This is a remote, contract position in Dallas TX.
SALARY: $45-$50 per hour (depending on experience)

REQUIREMENTS:
- SaaS onboarding and implementation experience
- Strong client-facing communication skills
- Experience with deployments and go-lives
- Ability to work collaboratively with engineering teams
- Willingness to travel
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Lead client onboarding and implementation processes
- Travel to client sites for go-live support and troubleshooting
- Coordinate with engineering to ensure successful deployments
- Manage client expectations and maintain clear communication
- Identify gaps in onboarding and improve processes
