NextPath Workforce Solutions is currently seeking a Senior Accountant to join our client’s team in Orlando, FL. This is a hybrid, contract position.
SALARY: $55–68/hr (depending on experience)

REQUIREMENTS:
• Startup or high-growth accounting experience
• Strong transactional accounting ownership (AP, AR, reconciliations, month-end close)
• Hands-on experience with QuickBooks, Ramp, and Runway
• Experience supporting a company with meaningful operational complexity ($10M+ revenue)
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including AP, AR, reconciliations, and month-end close
• Build and optimize scalable finance processes and workflows
• Support integrations across QuickBooks, Ramp, Runway, Stripe, Bill.com, and payroll platforms
• Assist with CFO reporting, financial visibility, and operational finance initiatives
• Identify process gaps and drive infrastructure improvements to support company growth
