NextPath Workforce Solutions is currently seeking a Regional Healthcare Sales Director — Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management to join our client’s team. This is an  (remote anywhere in Southeast region) direct hire position.

REMOTE only in the following Southeast states: FL, GA, SC, NC, TN, AL, MS, VA

SALARY: $100,000 – $125,000 + Commissions ( depending on experience )

REQUIREMENTS:

  • 5+ years of B2B healthcare revenue cycle management sales experience
  • Proven success in developing new business and managing sales pipelines
  • Strong relationships within hospitals, healthcare systems, or physician groups
  • Experience calling on hospitals, physician groups, healthcare systems
  • Knowledge of healthcare debt collections, accounts receivables, denial management
  • Familiarity with Salesforce or comparable CRM systems
  • Ability to engage with senior-level healthcare executives

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Hunt for and develop new business opportunities within hospitals and healthcare organizations
  • Build relationships with healthcare executives including CFOs and Revenue Cycle leaders
  • Maintain and grow a strong opportunity pipeline in Salesforce
  • Manage entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing
  • Deliver customized proposals and executive presentations
  • Lead contract negotiations and secure new business
  • Represent the company at industry conferences and networking events
  • Stay informed on healthcare revenue cycle trends and competitor offerings
