NextPath Workforce Solutions is currently seeking a Project Support Analyst to join our client’s team in St. Petersburg, FL. This is a hybrid, contract position.
SALARY: $35-$40 per hour (depending on experience)

REQUIREMENTS:
• Minimum associate’s degree and at least 3 years of corporate experience
• Proficient with the Microsoft Office suite, especially PowerPoint, for preparing training guides
• Fundamental knowledge of public communications concepts, practices, and procedures
• Fundamental knowledge of change management principles, methodologies, and tools
• Varicent system experience is a plus
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Assist with documentation, planning, and execution of change management and training for field and admin teams
• Create training materials and facilitate training sessions for admin teams
• Support operational readiness activities, including creating processing calendars and tracking change management tasks
• Assist with data conversion, comparisons, and deployment workstreams
