NextPath Workforce Solutions is currently seeking a Market Insights & Media Specialist to join our client’s team in Orlando, FL. This is a Hybrid, Direct Hire position.
SALARY: $55,000 – $75,000 (depending on experience)

REQUIREMENTS:
• 3–5 years of experience in marketing, media, account management, or campaign coordinatio
• Experience working in multi-market, agency, in-house marketing, or performance-driven environments
• Strong organizational and project management skills
• Ability to manage multiple timelines, vendors, markets, and priorities
• Comfortable working across traditional, digital, and cross-channel marketing
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and ability to translate data into clear insights
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Support the Marketing Manager in planning, coordinating, and managing media and marketing tactics
• Coordinate with media partners, agencies, and vendors to track deliverables and timelines
• Monitor campaign and vendor performance, identify optimization opportunities
• Develop and maintain monthly Market Insights Briefs with competitive and market analysis
• Evaluate market trends, competitor activities, and local factors affecting marketing strategies
• Coordinate internal and external inputs to align marketing activities with business goals
• Document testing, learning, and performance insights for continuous improvement
• Organize records of market plans, media activity, and recommendations
• Provide administrative support to the Marketing team as needed
• Identify differences across markets to enhance localized marketing strategies
