NextPath Workforce Solutions is currently seeking a Client Support Specialist to join our client’s team in St. Petersburg, Florida. This is a Hybrid (Onsite/Remote) position.

SALARY: $20-$23 per hour (depending on experience)

REQUIREMENTS:

  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • 3+ years of client service experience
  • Ability to work in a structured, deadline-driven environment
  • Experience in a phone support role and ability to multitask
  • Prior experience in client service, call center, or operations support preferred

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Handle inbound phone calls from financial advisors and internal partners, providing support
  • Process routine operational requests and transactions per established guidelines
  • Review and update account information across multiple systems with high accuracy
  • Identify and escalate potential risks, discrepancies, or exceptions
  • Deliver professional, service-focused interactions with advisors and clients
  • Manage sensitive and confidential information discreetly
  • Collaborate with team members during training, huddles, and meetings
  • Follow documented processes and adapt to updates as needed
