NextPath Workforce Solutions is currently seeking a Transitions Technology Specialist to join our client’s team in St. Petersburg, FL. This is a Remote, Direct Hire position.
SALARY: $90,000–$110,000 (depending on experience)

REQUIREMENTS:
- 5–7 years of experience in Financial Services or Wealth Management
- Proficiency with Salesforce, Black Diamond, Addepar, eMoney, or MoneyGuide
- Strong client-facing experience (Client Success, BA, PM, or similar)
- Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously
- Polished and professional demeanor
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Configure, test, and document transition-related technology systems and workflows
- Serve as the primary technical point of contact throughout the partner transition lifecycle
- Coordinate with internal teams to validate system readiness for onboarding
- Understand partner business needs and suggest workflow improvements through technology
- Host implementation and training calls, both independently and with vendors
- Create and maintain transition documentation and training materials
- Communicate effectively with partners and internal teams, including escalation of technical issues
- Support onsite setup, training, troubleshooting, and documentation during transition events
