NextPath Workforce Solutions is currently seeking a Full-Stack Software Developer to join our client’s team. This is a remote, direct hire position.
SALARY: $100,000 – $140,000 (depending on experience)

REQUIREMENTS:
- 5+ years of full-stack software development experience
- Proven experience working on an accounting software system (full accounting system, not just billing or tax)
- Experience with Angular (preferably recent versions)
- Strong proficiency in C# and .NET framework/.NET Core
- 5+ years of SQL Server development (queries, stored procedures, indexing, performance tuning)
- Experience building and consuming RESTful APIs
- Familiarity with Azure or other cloud platforms
- Knowledge of DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop, test, and maintain scalable web applications using Angular and C#/.NET
- Build and optimize SQL Server databases, including queries, stored procedures, and performance tuning
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product owners, QA, and developers
- Participate in architectural discussions and contribute to technical decision-making
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues across the full stack
- Mentor junior and mid-level developers
- Contribute to CI/CD processes, DevOps initiatives, and automated testing
- Modernize legacy systems, including migrating ASP applications to Angular and integrating extensive APIs
