NextPath Workforce Solutions is currently seeking a Data Engineer to join our client’s team in Billerica, MA. This is an Hybrid, Direct Hire position.
SALARY: $120K-$150K (depending on experience)

REQUIREMENTS:
• 5+ years of Data Engineering experience
• Proficiency with Microsoft Fabric
• Experience with data pipelines and transformation tools (Databricks, Fivetran, DBT)
• Ability to write Python for data cleanup and transformations
• Expertise in enterprise data modeling, data warehouses, and data lakes
• Experience with BI tools, preferably Power BI
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Develop and maintain data pipelines supporting critical applications and products
• Create reliable datasets for reporting and analytics
• Build business reports and dashboards to deliver insights for key areas
• Collaborate with application development teams and third-party SaaS providers on data needs and quality assurance
• Integrate custom data sources to enhance analytics and reporting capabilities
• Migrate data from legacy systems to new architecture
