NextPath Workforce Solutions is currently seeking a Loan Servicing and Quality Assurance Specialist to join our client’s team in Pittsburgh, PA. This is an Onsite, Contract position.
SALARY: $30-$35 per hour (depending on experience)

REQUIREMENTS:
• Strong familiarity with loan systems and ability to review loan documents for system accuracy
• Attention to detail
• Effective communication via email, phone, and in person
• Proficiency in basic math and office software
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment and potentially work additional hours during peak times
• Ability to pass fingerprinting background check, including providing any necessary documentation for adjudicated issues
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Ensure core loan system matches executed legal documents through input or review
• Process or review loans, renewals, modifications, payments, extensions, and reports
• Support internal and external customer inquiries regarding accounts and operations
• Assist with printing, mailing loan statements, and calculating accruing fees manually when needed
• Collaborate with Relationship Managers, Legal, and Compliance teams to execute deliverables effectively
