NextPath Workforce Solutions is currently seeking a Healthcare Regional Sales Director to join our client’s team in remote, anywhere in the Midwest. This is a direct hire position.
SALARY: $100,000 – $130,000 depending on experience

REQUIREMENTS:
• 5+ years of B2B healthcare, revenue cycle management sales experience
• Established relationships within healthcare providers such as hospitals, physician groups, or health systems
• Ability to call on senior healthcare executives and decision-makers
• Experience with Salesforce or comparable CRM systems
• Proven success in developing new business and managing sales pipelines
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Hunt for and develop new business opportunities within hospitals, health systems, physician groups, and healthcare organizations
• Build relationships with healthcare executives, including CFOs and Revenue Cycle leaders
• Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing
• Maintain and grow a strong opportunity pipeline in Salesforce
• Consistently meet or exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets
• Deliver customized proposals and executive-level presentations
• Lead contract negotiations and close new business independently
• Represent the company at industry conferences and client meetings
• Stay informed on healthcare revenue cycle trends and regulatory changes
