NextPath Workforce Solutions is currently seeking a Recruiter- Operations to join our client’s team in St. Petersburg, FL. This is an onsite, contract position.
SALARY: $24-35/hour (depending on experience)

REQUIREMENTS:
• 2-4 years of high-volume HR recruiting experience
• Experience sourcing and filling roles in property management, construction, or hospitality industries preferred
• Proficiency with MS Excel and SharePoint
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Reliable, team-oriented with excellent communication skills
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Manage full-cycle recruiting for roles including Property Managers, Maintenance Technicians, Janitorial Staff, Groundskeepers, and AP/AR positions
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and timelines
• Source, screen, and coordinate interviews with qualified candidates
• Maintain organized candidate pipelines and recruiting data using MS Excel and SharePoint
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the process
• Support recruiting efforts related to company growth and acquisitions
