NextPath Workforce Solutions is currently seeking a Client Services Representative to join our client’s team in Pittsburgh, PA. This is an Onsite, Contract position.
SALARY: $30-$32.50 per hour (depending on experience).

REQUIREMENTS:
• Ability to organize and prioritize work to ensure timely, efficient execution
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
• Keen attention to detail and understanding of loan processes and lending requirements
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Ensure complete and accurate client data entry in loan applications, internal systems, and documentation
• Support client requests by collaborating with the Private Bank Fulfillment & Production team
• Partner effectively with relationship managers, portfolio managers, counsel, compliance, and other involved parties
• Maintain thorough attention to detail to provide a high-quality client experience
• Work closely with other operational teams to improve current processes
• Participate in assigned projects related to client onboarding and transaction management
