NextPath Workforce Solutions is currently seeking a Business Intelligence Analyst to join our client’s team. This is a remote contract position.
SALARY: $50–53 per hour (depending on experience)

REQUIREMENTS:
• Strong recent experience in business analysis
• Proven Agile/Scrum expertise and high proficiency in Azure DevOps (ADO)
• Ability to lead refinement sessions and develop detailed user stories with acceptance criteria
• Background as a Product Owner, Project Manager, and Scrum Master
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Gather and translate business requirements into technical specifications and well-defined user stories
• Support development and maintenance of BI solutions, semantic layers, and data products
• Analyze large datasets to generate actionable insights for stakeholders
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including sprint refinements and planning meetings
• Maintain and prioritize product backlog in collaboration with the Product Owner
• Translate support requests into user stories and coordinate with vendors and internal teams
• Create technical documentation, maps, and data flow diagrams
• Elicit requirements through questioning and translate them effectively for technical and business teams
• Build SQL queries and support data mapping, reporting, and analysis
• Lead small initiatives and provide mentorship to junior team members
• Collaborate with stakeholders and vendors to optimize platform performance and support
