NextPath Workforce Solutions is currently seeking a Project Operations Lead Analyst to join our client’s team in St. Petersburg, FL. This is a hybrid, contract position.
SALARY: $35-$40/hour (depending on experience)

REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Understanding of financials, payables, and expenses
- Proficiency in complex math calculations
- Knowledge of project management methodologies and processes
- Minimum of 3+ years of corporate experience
- Relevant experience with accounting, Varicent, Workday, or ThoughtSpot is highly preferred
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Ability to support testing and deployment activities
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Collaborate with internal and external clients and vendors to identify project needs, gaps, and timelines
- Coordinate stakeholder meetings, events, and engagement activities
- Execute assigned tasks ensuring team accountability to support project plans
- Prepare project deliverables using software such as PowerPoint, Teams, Excel, SharePoint, and Smartsheet
- Support SIT, UAT, E2E, and PAR testing activities
- Contribute to deployment and operational readiness efforts
