NextPath Workforce Solutions is currently seeking a Contract Recruiter to join our client’s team. This is a remote contract position.
SALARY: $29–30/hour (depending on experience)

REQUIREMENTS:
- 2–5 years of high-volume recruiting or talent acquisition experience
- Ability to work independently and efficiently
- Strong communication skills
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems such as Greenhouse or Workday
- Flexible industry experience supporting various roles (IT, marketing, etc.)
- Ability to hit deadlines and manage multiple requisitions
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and present top candidates
- Lead kickoff calls with hiring managers for new job openings
- Manage requisitions within the ATS, updating candidate progress
- Use sourcing channels like LinkedIn, social media, and referrals to attract candidates
- Review applications and conduct behavioral interviews
- Coordinate interviews and screening with hiring managers
- Partner with candidates to align their career goals with role opportunities
