NextPath Workforce Solutions is currently seeking a IAM Analyst to join our client’s team. This is a remote, contract position.
SALARY: $21.00 – $23.25 per hour (depending on experience)

REQUIREMENTS:
• 2+ years of experience in Identity Access Management (IAM)
• Proven experience onboarding users through various systems (Active Directory, Exchange, in-house applications)
• Strong communication skills and a friendly demeanor
• Experience with ServiceNow ticketing system
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Securely provision user access across multiple systems, ensuring accuracy and adherence to RBAC and least privilege principles
• Manage large group account setups and assist with IT compliance projects
• Propose and implement process improvements for onboarding workflows
• Update departmental SOPs and create documentation for new procedures
• Handle user access requests and incidents via ServiceNow, maintaining SLAs
• Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless onboarding of approximately 30 users weekly
• Manage user access modifications, including system access staging, to be ready before user start dates
• Work as an on-call resource for incident response and operational needs
