NextPath Workforce Solutions is currently seeking a Client Delivery Analyst o join our client’s team. This is a Remote, Contract position.
SALARY: $30-$35 per hour (depending on experience)

REQUIREMENTS:
- Proven facilitation, organizational, prioritization, decision-making, and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to track and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to independently manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- Excellent analytical skills to handle complex project factors
- Experience supporting project managers in executing project tasks
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Coordinate project phases with clients, vendors, and internal teams
- Assist with gap analysis to define system setup requirements
- Communicate technical requirements and collaborate with technical teams and vendors
- Track, report, and help resolve project issues and outstanding tasks
- Validate system parameters and conduct testing
- Provide technical support during design, development, and implementation
- Support post-implementation and occasional on-site client support
- Follow change management processes and maintain quality throughout project lifecycle
- Develop relationships with clients and internal teams to support successful project delivery
- Perform other assigned project-related duties
