NextPath Workforce Solutions is currently seeking a Project Coordinator to join our client’s team in St. Petersburg, FL. This is an Hybrid, contract position.
SALARY: $32-$37 per hour (depending on experience)

REQUIREMENTS:
• 3-5 years of project coordination, PMO, or project management experience
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Teams)
• Experience with project management tools such as Microsoft Project or Smartsheet
• Familiarity with AI tools like Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, or similar technologies
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Support planning, coordination, and execution of multiple projects and initiatives
• Maintain project plans, timelines, milestones, and action items
• Coordinate meetings and follow up on deliverables to ensure projects stay on schedule
• Assist project leads in identifying and resolving risks, issues, and dependencies
• Prepare project status reports, dashboards, and executive presentation materials
• Maintain project documentation, including meeting notes, decisions, and action items
• Track milestones and update stakeholders and leadership regularly
• Support governance meetings and follow-up on key decisions and actions
• Partner with stakeholders to gather updates and monitor project progress
• Facilitate communication among project teams for alignment and transparency
• Escalate delays or concerns to project leads promptly
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation using AI-driven tools
