NextPath Workforce Solutions is currently seeking a Salesforce Administrator to join our client’s team. This is a Remote, Contract position.
SALARY: $50-$55 per hour (depending on experience)

REQUIREMENTS:
• Extensive experience creating and maintaining complex email-to-case functions and queues within Service Cloud
• Experience troubleshooting user access, including permissions and security
• Knowledge of Salesforce Workflows and ability to convert existing Workflows to SF Flow
• Experience troubleshooting user access, permissions, and security
• Experience with sunsetting/retirement of a Salesforce tenant, including data extraction and building complex reports
• Ability to navigate between up to three Salesforce tenants utilizing Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Marketing Cloud Account Engagement (Pardot)
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Administer Salesforce and Salesforce Experience Cloud, supporting user management and security roles
• Manage Salesforce workflows, sharing rules, and groups across multiple user segments in line with access policies
• Build custom reports, dashboards, and workflows to support key performance metrics
• Collaborate with technical teams on data migration and system updates
• Evaluate Salesforce releases and communicate updates relevant to multiple departments
• Extract and manipulate data for quality assurance, process improvement, and reporting purposes
• Develop custom fields, screens, templates, and user-defined functionalities to support sales and marketing initiatives
• Troubleshoot system issues and resolve user access problems
• Document system features and functionalities
• Support and backup the CRM Marketing Automation Administrator as needed
