NextPath Workforce Solutions is currently seeking a Technical Support Specialist to join our client’s team in Southfield, MI. This is a hybrid contract position.
SALARY: $25-$29 per hour (depending on experience)

REQUIREMENTS:
• Proven experience in high-volume phone-based technical support
• Hands-on knowledge of Identity & Access Management, including Active Directory and MFA technologies
• Experience supporting Microsoft 365, Windows OS, and Adobe products
• Support for mobile devices, including MDM technologies
• Virtual desktop environment troubleshooting (e.g., Citrix)
• Application support for internal software and web-based apps
• Basic networking understanding: VPN, Wi-Fi, TCP/IP
• Printer and scanner troubleshooting skills
• High school diploma or GED
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Serve as the first contact point for technical support in a high-volume call center
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and connectivity issues
• Meet performance metrics such as ACW, schedule adherence, and quality standards
• Clearly communicate technical solutions to non-technical users
• Document issues, solutions, and interactions accurately
• Utilize internal knowledge bases and tools for efficient resolutions
• Manage time effectively within a metrics-driven support environment
