NextPath Workforce Solutions is currently seeking a Senior IT M&A Integration Project Manager to join our client’s team. This is a remote, direct hire position.
SALARY: $140,000 – $160,000 + 10% bonus (depending on experience)

REQUIREMENTS:
- 8+ years of project management experience with a strong focus on M&A
- Managing multiple M&A projects across different companies
- Advanced knowledge of M&A lifecycle and IT post-close integration
- Excellent relationship building skills, proven success working with partners and directors of acquired firms
- Hands-on experience managing IT integration projects during M&A, including pre-close planning, due diligence, and post-close execution
- Able to travel roughly 20%
- Bachelor's Degree
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Lead end-to-end IT integration initiatives before and after deal close, utilizing structured playbooks and lifecycle methodologies
- Manage both standalone and tuck-in integrations of multiple firms into larger platforms
- Develop and oversee detailed project roadmaps, plans, timelines, and budgets
- Conduct readiness assessments, scoping workshops, and cutover planning to ensure smooth integrations
- Partner with technology teams, MSPs, finance, HR, and leadership to align IT goals with business objectives
- Oversee migrations, data harmonization, and infrastructure consolidations
- Ensure secure data transfer compliant with relevant standards
- Track progress, risks, and dependencies using structured governance methods
- Provide regular updates through dashboards and executive reports
- Support change management initiatives including communication, training, and cultural alignment
- Identify opportunities to improve processes, tools, and build an IT Integration Center of Excellence
