NextPath Workforce Solutions is currently seeking a New Account Onboarding Associate to join our client’s team in St. Petersburg, FL. This is a hybrid, contract position.
SALARY: $20-$25/hr (depending on experience)

REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum 2 years of customer service experience, ideally in financial services or a contact center
- High School Degree or equivalent; college degree preferred or any equivalent combination of education, experience, and training approved by HR
- Knowledge of operations and new account systems
- Basic customer operations and financial industry knowledge
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal)
- Ability to identify operational issues and resolve them effectively
- Numerical aptitude and critical thinking to troubleshoot operational problems
- Ability to analyze processes and suggest improvements
- Proficient in operating standard office equipment and software applications
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Answer questions from financial advisors and sales assistants related to account opening and maintenance
- Establish new client accounts following industry registration requirements
- Enforce documentation requirements to meet policies and regulations, including AML and KYC
- Analyze data to identify issues and determine appropriate corrective actions
- Understand client needs, analyze root causes, and implement solutions
- Process reports and contact advisors to resolve account issues
- Support and adhere to established policies and procedures
- Maintain detailed records of client requests and completed tasks
- Assist team members with high-volume requests or staffing shortages
- Participate in system testing and process improvements as needed
- Support after-hours account validation events for Mass Account Transfers
