NextPath Workforce Solutions is currently seeking a AI Engineer to join our client’s team in St. Petersburg, FL. This is an onsite, direct hire position.
SALARY: $80,000 – $140,000 (depending on experience)

REQUIREMENTS:
- 2–5 years of software development experience
- 1–2 years of experience building GenAI-driven applications
- Proven experience with multi-agent AI systems and workflows
- Hands-on experience working with large language models (LLMs) and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) techniques
- Strong programming skills in Python, .NET, or Java
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop and implement multi-agent workflows using orchestration frameworks
- Design and optimize RAG pipelines and knowledge management systems
- Integrate AI agents into internal products and workflows
- Establish evaluation frameworks to monitor AI performance
- Implement guardrails, testing, and safety checks for AI systems
