NextPath Career Partners is currently seeking an AP Specialist to join our client’s team in Orlando, FL. This is an onsite, direct hire position.
SALARY: $20-$22hr (depending on experience)

REQUIREMENTS:
- 3+ years of accounts payable experience
- NetSuite experience required, ideally with PO Integration or Scanned Vendor Processing functionality
- Experience in invoice-to-PO matching workflows
- High attention to detail and accuracy, especially when working across multiple entities
- Ability to work in multiple systems and research data across platforms
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Team-first attitude with the flexibility to provide backup and cross-training support
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Process high-volume invoices within NetSuite using the integrated PO-matching system
- Match invoices accurately to uploaded purchase orders, ensuring alignment across all required data fields
- Maintain entity-specific processing discipline (only one entity visible at a time), ensuring all entries are correctly allocated
- Provide coverage across multiple business units depending on weekly workload or team member PTO
- Conduct invoice and PO research across internal platforms (NetSuite and other billing systems)
- Collaborate with team members to meet deadlines and maintain department workflow standards
- Assist with ad hoc projects and administrative AP functions as needed
