NextPath Workforce Solutions is currently seeking a Branch Services Advisor to join our client’s team in St. Petersburg, FL. This is a Onsite, contract position.
SALARY: $30-$33 per hour (depending on experience)

REQUIREMENTS:
• Must have knowledge of basic office and branch practices, procedures, and methods
• Must understand account types and industry operations in general
• Must be familiar with back office systems
• Must be proficient as the main contact for Consolidated Order Entry
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Act as a liaison between departments to research and resolve escalated client account issues via phone, email, or correspondence
• Analyze issues autonomously to ensure client satisfaction, adhering to company policies
• Follow up with clients to confirm resolution and satisfaction
• Respond to inquiries about qualifications, instructions, or paperwork requirements
• Communicate with internal departments to resolve issues needing escalation
• Explain systems to branch staff and direct them to appropriate resources
• Execute trades in the absence of the Financial Advisor
• Assist branches in meeting requirements for various advisory account types
• Serve as main contact for firm initiatives and changes
• Maintain records of communications and resolutions
• Respond to Financial Advisor questions about statements and product information
• Evaluate and approve fee-waivers on a case-by-case basis
• Collaborate with branches on trade-related costs
• Manage Business Continuity Planning (BCP) events for branches
• Perform other related duties as needed
