NextPath Workforce Solutions is currently seeking a Chief Operating Officer – Non Profit to join our client’s team in Orlando, FL. This is an Onsite, Direct Hire position.
SALARY: $175,000 – $225,000 (depending on experience)

REQUIREMENTS:
- 15+ years of progressive leadership in nonprofit, civic, cultural, philanthropic, education, public-sector, or mission-driven organizations
- 5+ years in senior executive or management roles leading multi-functional teams and complex operations
- Proven experience translating strategy into operating plans, dashboards, KPIs, and measurable results
- Demonstrated success building or enhancing HR, performance management, employee relations, onboarding, compliance, and culture systems
- Strong financial acumen with experience partnering on budgeting, forecasting, and resource allocation, without ownership of financial functions
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Translate organizational strategy into annual plans, milestones, and measurable outcomes
- Establish and manage organization-wide operating cadences (weekly, monthly, quarterly)
- Oversee HR operations including recruiting, onboarding, benefits, policies, and performance management
- Lead enterprise-wide operational systems, workflows, and process improvements
- Spearhead major projects such as office relocation and facilities management
- Develop dashboards, KPIs, and reporting tools for leadership and Board
- Partner with executive leadership to align departmental goals and cross-functional initiatives
- Support organizational technology adoption, system integrations, and data governance
- Collaborate with the CEO and senior team to improve internal execution capacity and organizational effectiveness
- Manage vendor and contract administration outside of financial controls
- Ensure compliance, risk management, and operational excellence across departments
