NextPath Workforce Solutions is currently seeking a Client Delivery Project Manager to join our client’s team. This is a Remote, Contract, position.
SALARY: $27-$30 per hour (depending on experience)

REQUIREMENTS:
- Strong project management background in IT or commercialization projects
- Deep understanding of banking, credit union, or card processing solutions
- Ability to gather scope, timelines, and process details and communicate them effectively
- Experience managing 7-12 projects of varying complexity simultaneously
- Curious mindset with the ability to ask purposeful questions and translate information into clear guidance
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Lead and manage cross-functional product and technology projects from initiation to delivery
- Collaborate with product and technology leaders to prioritize initiatives and develop delivery schedules
- Work with internal teams to architect, design, prototype, and develop solutions to enable quality implementation
- Assemble project teams, assign responsibilities, and facilitate meetings
- Define scope and objectives for complex product releases, focusing on implementation and operationalization
- Manage internal initiatives, system enhancements, client solutions, and decommissioning projects
- Communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders clearly and accurately
- Understand interdependencies and lead times to develop comprehensive project schedules
- Escalate conflicts and risks, and manage change control processes
- Ensure proper documentation of policies, processes, and procedures
- Track and report project hours, status, and performance metrics
- Apply project management methodology standards across initiatives
- Develop plans to improve organizational productivity and process efficiencies
- Manage service strategy and support around tools and processes
- Participate in training to foster internal growth
- Ensure all duties conform to departmental policies and standards
