NextPath Workforce Solutions is currently seeking a Client Services Representative to join our client’s team in Pittsburgh, PA. This is a Onsite Contract position.
SALARY: $30-$32/hour (depending on experience).

REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum 4 years of financial industry experience, including 2 years in bank operations and/or client service
- Bachelor’s Degree required
- Strong organizational and prioritization skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Ensure complete and accurate client data in loan applications, internal systems, and documentation
- Support client requests by working closely with the Private Bank Fulfillment and Production Team
- Collaborate effectively with relationship managers, portfolio managers, internal/external counsel, and other authorized parties involved in transactions
- Maintain attention to detail to deliver a high-quality client experience
- Participate in process improvements and assigned projects
- Partner proactively with team members to support all aspects of the loan account process
