NextPath Workforce Solutions is currently seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our client’s team in St. Petersburg, FL. This is a contract hybrid position.
SALARY: $25.00-$27.49 per hour (depending on experience)

REQUIREMENTS:
• Possess 2-3 years of recent customer service experience, ideally from a call center
• Ability to type and be on the phone simultaneously
• Proficient in navigating multiple systems at once
• Experience using dual monitors
• Proficient with Microsoft Word, Outlook, and basic Excel
• Ability to type at least 40 WPM
• Exceptional customer service skills; clear communication
• High School Diploma
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Answer inbound calls from clients, providing outstanding customer service
• Resolve general inquiries such as username/password resets, address or phone updates
• Document call activity using proprietary systems while on the call
• Respond to inquiries or complaints received via phone, correspondence, or face-to-face contact
• Research and review requests or problems, obtaining necessary information from policies or procedures
• Coordinate issue resolution with relevant departments
• Inform customers of procedures or resolutions
• Follow up in writing or verbally to ensure customer satisfaction
• Determine the most effective method to resolve customer issues in adherence to company policies
