NextPath Workforce Solutions is currently seeking a Digital Marketing & Communications Coordinator to join our client’s team in Tampa, FL. This is an Onsite (Direct Hire) position.
SALARY: $70,000 – $75,000 (depending on experience)

REQUIREMENTS:
• 3-5 years of digital marketing experience, including social media management
• Strong writing, storytelling, and design skills for digital content creation
• Experience with online donation forms, event landing pages, and peer-to-peer campaigns
• Proficiency in social media platforms, analytics tools, and email marketing strategies
• Ability to develop and execute digital campaigns and analyze performance metrics
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Develop, design, and publish content across social media platforms, ensuring alignment with organizational mission
• Grow and maintain social media engagement, tracking KPIs to optimize outreach
• Assist in creating and executing digital fundraising initiatives, including campaigns and donor engagement strategies
• Support email marketing campaigns and conduct website content audits for optimization
• Measure campaign impact using analytics tools, develop reports, and recommend improvements
• Assist with digital promotion of events, including social media coverage and virtual campaigns
• Occasionally travel for on-site marketing and event support
