NextPath Workforce Solutions is currently seeking a Human Resources Director to join our client’s team in Nokomis, FL. This is an onsite, direct hire position.
SALARY: $120,000–$180,000 (depending on experience)

REQUIREMENTS:
- 7+ years of HR leadership experience
- Experience leading a team of at least 1–3 HR professionals
- Proven success implementing HR systems and creating efficiencies
- Background in blue-collar environments such as construction or manufacturing
- Strong leadership and ability to drive organizational change
- Comfortable working with hourly/nightly employees and field teams
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Lead HR functions including recruiting, onboarding, benefits, employee relations, and field support
- Support and coach blue-collar and construction teams
- Revamp HR policies and procedures to support company growth
- Build a strong organizational structure and consistency across multiple locations
- Partner closely with field managers to foster trust and alignment
- Act as a visible advocate for company culture and employee engagement
- Drive the rollout of UKG (Ultimate Kronos Group) system, including training programs and integrations
- Develop training and upskilling initiatives
- Improve delegation within the HR team to empower staff
- Handle interpersonal issues, employee relations, and mitigate litigation risks
- Support organizational change initiatives and obtain buy-in from management
