NextPath Career Partners is currently seeking an Enterprise Business Analyst to join our client’s team in Tampa, FL. This is a hybrid, direct hire position.
SALARY: $100-$125K + bonus (depending on experience)

REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s in Business, IT, or related field (preferred, not required)
- 5–10 years as a Business or Project Analyst supporting enterprise software implementations
- Skilled in translating complex requirements into actionable deliverables
- Strong experience with CCH Axcess Suite (Document, Workflow, Portal) (strongly preferred)
- ERP/practice management implementations in tax, audit, or consulting environments (strongly preferred)
- Experience with M&A integration, Microsoft cloud platforms, and business transformation (preferred)
- Comfortable collaborating across internal teams (IT, HR, Finance, Ops) and external vendors
