NextPath Career Partners is currently seeking a Financial Advisor to join our client’s team in Tampa, Florida. This is an onsite (Direct Hire) position.

SALARY: $55,00 $60,000 (depending on experience)

REQUIREMENTS:
• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, economics, or related field
• Professional industry designation preferred (e.g., CFP, ChFC, CRPC)
• Experience in financial planning, investment advisory, or wealth management
• FINRA Series 7 & 66 (or 63 & 65), and Florida Health & Life with Variable Annuity insurance (2-15) required
• FINRA record with no unacceptable entries
• Demonstrated average of $350K annual gross dealer concessions over two years, with 40% advisory, and targeted production of $500K+
• Strong knowledge of goal-based planning, investment management, and financial strategies
• Excellent active listening, discovery, presentation, and sales skills
• Ability to communicate complex concepts clearly
• High level of confidentiality and discretion
• Strong organizational, prioritization, and problem-solving skills
• Effective written and verbal communication skills
• Knowledge of credit union products, services, and regulatory requirements

RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Grow and retain an advisory, brokerage, and insurance client book
• Provide financial, investment, and insurance strategy consultations
• Develop comprehensive financial plans aligned with client needs and monitor their progress
• Own the client relationship, delivering exceptional service and identifying new sales opportunities
• Manage a pipeline of prospects to meet growth and revenue goals
• Present financial recommendations and solutions to clients
• Lead efforts in business development and networking to expand client base
• Partner with branch staff and managers to identify and act on referral opportunities
• Maintain compliance with regulatory and firm policies
• Monitor market trends and increase professional knowledge through continuous education
• Communicate effectively with internal teams and external contacts to build referral networks
• Manage portfolios and third-party asset managers to optimize client assets
