NextPath Workforce Solutions is currently seeking a Financial Analyst to join our client’s team in Tampa, FL. This is a hybrid (onsite Tues-Thurs), direct hire position.
SALARY: $50,000–$120,000 (depending on experience)

REQUIREMENTS:
- 1-2 years of financial analysis experience
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Experience with Power Query or similar data automation tools
- Ability to work with and integrate data from multiple sources (CRM, external platforms)
- Bachelor’s degree
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Support leadership by delivering rapid, high-quality analysis
- Transform raw data into actionable insights to identify revenue opportunities
- Build automated workflows to reduce manual data collection and processing time
- Leverage AI tools (e.g., Power Query) to streamline data ingestion, transformation, and reporting
- Identify patterns, trends, and strategic opportunities within datasets
- Communicate insights and recommendations to influence business decisions
- Continuously improve processes by balancing efficiency, accuracy, and risk
